Kansas City chimp that escaped sent to zoo

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A chimpanzee that ran wild through a Kansas City neighborhood will get a new home at the Kansas City Zoo.
The chimp, named Sueko, escaped from her owner Tuesday and ran through a south Kansas City neighborhood. She scared neighbors and pounded on cars before her owner was able to coax her into a cage.Click Here for more info

Another newspaper eliminates story comments

A newspaper in Maine has shut down its reader comments while it reconsiders its policies. The Portland Press-Herald did so, the publisher writes, to "protect the public, our readers, and the subjects of our stories" from "hurtful and vulgar" comments.  Click Here for more

Hermann wrapped up sole possession of first place in the Four Rivers Conference with a 25-12 25-10 win over the Union Wildcats. The Bearcats close out league play with a 7-0 record.
