Warmer weather challenges bowhunters

Last Weekend, one hunter was pleasantly surprised when he spotted more than 20 whitetails during a day and a half of hunting on a section of his 500-acre Gasconade County farm. Deer started moving at 2:45 in the afternoon on Saturday, when temperatures were still quite warm. Bemke shot a mature doe at 6:50 a.m. on Sunday morning, when the temperature was in the low 50s.Click Here For Full Story
