House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will run for Democratic leadership again, despite concerns from some in her party over the thousands of campaign commercials that helped turn her into one of the nation's most unpopular politicians.

"Driven by urgency of creating jobs&protecting #hcr #wsr SocSec&Mcare I am running for DemLeader," Pelosi wrote on her Twitter account.
