Missouri Right to Oppose Fed Laws, Regulations, Joint Resolution Filed by New state Rep. Jay Barnes 20 Others

A non-partisan and non-ideological amendment has been filed by some Missouri lawmakers who are ready to take on the federal government.
New state Rep. Jay Barnes, R-Jefferson City, and 20 other House members are filing a joint resolution which calls for an amendment to the U.S. Constitution authorizing states to band together to reject overreaching federal laws and regulations.
