Lonedell Woman Paula Pursley Found Dead

The Franklin County Sheriff's Department confirms the death of a 45-year-old Franklin County woman. Deputies say a family friend went to a residence in the 600 block of Lynn Lane in Lonedell to pick up her friend. When the friend arrived to the house around ten-forty this morning, the woman was found sitting in a chair unresponsive at the time. St. Clair Ambulance arrived at the scene and pronounced Paula Pursley deceased. The Sheriff's Office responded to the call. There are no signs of foul play at this time. The victim had reportedly been having problems with headaches in the past.
