Pacific Indians Shutout Hermann Bearcats: High School Football, Mid Missouri

A tough loss for Hermann on a rainy evening in Pacific.

Pacific easily handled the mistake-prone Bearcats 48-0.

Hermann was suffering with 6 major injuries, 5 to seniors.

The Pacific players appeared much bigger in size than the Hermann players.

The Indians (2-1, 1-0) dominated their Four Rivers Conference opener against Hermann Friday at Pacific High School.
Pacific jumped to leads of 21-0 after one quarter and 35-0 at halftime.
Quarterback Kyle Burgess threw for two touchdowns in the first half and ran for another.
Also in the first half, running back Coty Kremer had three touchdowns, two rushing and one receiving.
Kremer finished the game with four touchdowns. He rushed for 180 yards.
Burgess threw three touchdowns and rushed for one. He was 4-10 passing for 105 yards and three touchdowns.
Alex Gentry had two touchdown receptions, one in the first half and one in the second half.
Hermann (0-3, 0-3) had no answer for the Indians’ defense.
The entire second half was played with a running clock.
Pacific returns to action Friday with a week four matchup at Festus. Hermann takes on Union in a FRC contest.
