SULLIVAN - A bet that led to "streaking" the new roundabout near City Hall landed KTUI radio personality John Rice in the back seat of a Sullivan Police patrol car. But it was all for fun and to raise much-needed funds for Meramec Community Mission. It all started when Rice and fellow radio personality Bob Cosgrove made a bet on the roundabout's completion date. The loser would agree to "streaking" the new piece of road construction, which is located in front of City Hall.
