AMES, IOWA - It was more grinding than spellbinding, more gritty than pretty. But with a 14-0 victory over Iowa State on Saturday night at Jack Trice Stadium, 15th-ranked Mizzou won its ninth game of the season to reach a plateau achieved only by five previous Tiger teams.
