Is Wikileaks Really the Enemy? more...'Little White Lies'...from government!
________________________________________________________________________________
Robert LeJeune
WNYT
November 29,2010
Robert LeJeune — As I watched Morning Joe with Joe Scarborough, I came to wonder exactly why it is we are starting to view Wikileaks as the enemy, and not the U.S Government itself! All you really have to do is scan over the cables and war logs, and the real enemy becomes clear!
I find it very disturbing that Mr. Scarbourough can sit there and condemn a PFC and Wikileaks for releasing the information, yet does nothing to indicate the guilt of the United States Administration for the content of the release. When you step back and actually start to review the information in the cables and war logs, those whom are our leaders should be the ones under the gun.
Once reviewed, we find that the current, and prior administration, are the ones whom have continued to lie to the American people and the world, as to their actions in these illegal wars. We find that there have been over 100 thousand civilian deaths in the ongoing wars, not the 20 or 30 thousand we were told in press releases and statements given by both administrations. Without the PFC and Wikileaks, it may have been decades before the American people were told the truth as to what was done in their name, if we would have ever been told the truth at all! I just wonder the actual number of civilian deaths in Viet Nam, in light of the fact that our government has demonstrated a willingness to openly lie to us.
Another disturbing fact is that we are actively attacking the PFC and Wikileaks in the mainstream media, yet we they are not attacking the actual deeds spoke of in the releases! Mainstream media does not even take on the fact that America has committed war crimes in these countries. Last time I checked, the outright killing of unarmed civilians is a war crime. We may have never known that American attack helicopters were engaged in the murder of journalist who was unarmed, had this leak never occurred. Why is it that Mr. Scarborough is not standing in outright indignation that American troops are openly killing unarmed Iraq civilians?
I find a fallacy in Mr. Scarborough’s moral compass, that he would have us lock up a PFC for life, yet he does not even mention the fact that America is committing war crimes and that the Administration was a party to it in that they did nothing about it. Our government even told us it never happened, when we can plainly see it on you tube as a result of the Wikileaks release. How is it that we can sit back and basically decide to kill the messenger, just because we do not like the message he gave us?
You must sit back and think about all this for a moment. With the release of all this information, we are for the first time given definitive proof, that our government practices the art of outright lying to the American people in regards to what our military is doing in our name! If this is not a clear indication of our government’s ability to feed us shot, and keep us in the dark like mushrooms. Giving access to this information, Wikileaks has shown us what our leaders have actually been up to, in the name of the American people.
I can only speak as to my own moral compass, but I view the PFC and Wikileaks as heroes to the American people and the PFC as an ultimate patriot. This young man sacrificed his life basically, to make sure the American people knew the truth! These people, the PFC and Wikileaks are the only outlets for the truth when it comes to what really was going on in these illegal wars! Without these individuals, the American people would have continued on in utter ignorance of what was going on in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Mr. Scarborough made a comment that these leaks are going to make other countries not want to talk or deal with the U.S, and not have their conversation end up in the New York Times. Maybe if they were not involved in illegal activity or trying to topple legitimate governments, then they would have nothing to worry about.
It has always been my point of view, that if you are scared to share what it is you are talking about or doing in our name, than what you are doing cannot possibly be in my, or the American peoples best interest.
Is it truly Wikileaks and this lowly PFC whom are the enemies of the United States, or is it the U.S Government whom are the enemy of the people in that they openly lie to us about almost everything that has gone on in these wars of aggression?

Despite massive protests, US Senate passes S 510 Food Safety Bill
________________________________________________________________________________
Mike Adams
NaturalNews
November 30, 2010
The new Food Tyranny Act — called the “Food Safety Modernization Act” in the U.S. Senate — has been passed by the senate today. It would give the FDA vast ew powers to criminalize and imprison farmers and food producers while doing absolutely nothing to address to real root of the food contamination problem: Factory animal farm operations (which are regulated under the USDA, not the FDA).
The bill passed 73 to 25, with Sen Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma) emerging as the greatest “voice of reason” in the debate. His last-ditch amendment to reduce the scale of the bill was defeated this morning.
Here’s the official vote record: http://www.senate.gov/legislative/L…
Notably, there wasn’t a single Democrat who opposed the bill.
This bill, as originally written, would have outlawed most nutritional supplements through “harmonization” with European laws. It also would have authorized ten-year prison sentences for farmers selling raw milk to their neighbors. Both of those provisions were eventually stripped out of the bill thanks to some last-minute amendments, but it gives you an idea of the outright police state mentality of the original bill authors who attempted to put in place complete government control over food, gardens, raw milk and more.
To give you an idea of how clueless U.S. Senators are about food, the New York Times is reporting that when Senate staff members met to discuss this bill, they would eat Starburst candies and jellybeans. As the NYT reports, “In the midst of negotiations, the negotiators — nearly all women — took a field trip to a nearby food market so that a Republican staff member could teach the Democrats how to buy high-quality steaks.”
So what we have here is a new food tyranny law that was essentially negotiated by a group of women who eat dead foods, animals products and candy.
No wonder they still don’t get it. The contamination of lettuce and other fresh produce is caused by factory animals farms, not by produce farms. (E.coli can only thrive in the digestive tracts of animals, not plants.)
The “small farms” exclusion will soon be meaningless
The Tester Amendment of the bill did manage to exclude some smaller farmers from the more tyrannical provisions of the bill. As currently stated, this would exclude small farms that sell less than $500,000 worth of food and which sell most of their food locally.
However, Senators failed to consider what’s going to happen when the Federal Reserve keeps printing counterfeit money, devaluing the dollar and causing massive food price inflation. A farm that right now produces merely $100,000 worth of food (which could be a small, two-person farm) will soon find itself producing $500,000 worth of food (or more) due to the rapidly falling value of the U.S. dollar.
This is how the Federal Reserve’s money counterfeiting actions will further destroy America and place small family farms under the tyranny of the FDA.
What’s next: Defeat the bill in committee
The Senate version of the bill must now be reconciled with the House version that was passed last year. This reconciliation committee must hammer out the differences between the two bills.
Democrats are urgently rushing to do this during their “lame duck” session in order to avoid more Republicans getting involved who would seek to scale back the power and size of the federal government.
Some House Democrats are even suggesting they would support passing the Senate version of the bill as it is written, without requiring any changes whatsoever, just to rush it through before the end of the year. NaturalNews and other health freedom organizations intend to fight this effort, hoping to stall the bill until the new Congress can enter the picture and hopefully interject some common sense into the negotiations.
Please don’t feed the monster
If signed into law by the President (who is sure to sign it), this Food Safety Bill would provide yet more power and funding to one of the most dangerous monsters our nation has ever known: The FDA. This is the agency responsible for the death of more Americans than all the wars our nation has ever been involved with — combined! (http://www.naturalnews.com/030461_S…)
The idea that we’re going to save a few lives from food poisoning while subjecting everyone to yet another layer of Big Government tyranny is so abhorrent and downright evil that if our country’s founding fathers saw all this going on, they would be stunned into silence that it’s happening in “the land of the free.” Fresh milk being criminalized? You’ve got to be kidding…
Only they’re not kidding. The FDA is the agency that has raided vitamin companies (http://www.naturalnews.com/021791.html), arrested nutritional supplement manufacturers and ordered the destruction of books containing stevia recipes. This is the agency that censors the scientific truth about natural foods like cherries and walnuts (http://www.naturalnews.com/029698_c…) while promoting the outright fraud and quackery of the pharmaceutical industry.
And now the FDA is to be rewarded for its malfeasance with yet MORE power and authority?
This is how Washington works, folks. The government always thinks it’s here to save you, and the Democrats want Big Government to be your nanny and “take care of you.” (The Republicans, for their part, just want to bail out the wealthy banksters with your money.) And yet, when it all comes down to it, these people are just tyrants who have forgotten American history and abandoned the Constitution and its founding principles.
Mark my words: Five years down the road, when the FDA’s armed “food police” are running rampant across America, arresting farmers and imprisoning lettuce growers, people will be appalled, and they’ll wonder, “How could we have let this happen!?” The answer is right here: You let it happen because you allowed Big Government to rule over the food supply. And if there’s one thing we know about Big Government, it’s that it always wants to get bigger.
It always wants more power. More authority. More funding. And more excuses to function as a dictatorship that rules over the American people.
The Food Safety Modernization Act is to the food supply what the Patriot Act is to the Bill of Rights. We must make every effort to prevent this from becoming law, lest we find ourselves living under a food dictatorship where only dead, fumigated or irradiated food will be allowed to be sold to the public. The “food irradiation plot” has been the plan from the very beginning of all this (http://www.naturalnews.com/023015_f…).
Of course, once the real food is all criminalized and outlawed, there’s always soylent green. That might not be too far off, come to think of it.

Fluoride's Deadly Secret - Exposes Social Engineering - Russell Blaylock M.D. retired neurosurgeon
_________________________________________________________________________________
_________________________________________________________________________________
Dr. Russell Blaylock M.D. is a retired neurosurgeon and author whose trailblazing research has tirelessly documented the fact that there is an epidemic of neurological disorders in the western world which are directly connected to toxins in our environment, and how this relates to the larger global eugenics program behind population reduction. In this fascinating interview, Blaylock reveals how depopulation programs forged by the Rockefeller foundation in association with the Nazis were the basis of modern day incarnations of eugenics like fluoride poisoning and vaccinations.
Blaylock explains how the eugenics movement began in America through Rockefeller, Ford and Carnegie funding and what originated as The Science of Man project, which was an effort to socially engineer humanity to weed out those deemed “undesirable” to the elite. Rockefeller funding via major universities then bankrolled eugenics programs for the next several years, information about which was gleaned and exchanged with the Nazis in Hitler’s Germany. Once eugenics had attracted the negative connotations of racial superiority and genocide, the pseudo-science was reborn under the umbrella of molecular biology and DNA.
The goal is to alter behavior by chemically changing the way in which the brain functions. One of the primary methods through which this is achieved is by fluoridating water and food supplies. Blaylock explains how fluoride opportunists seized upon falls in dental cavities, which were occurring naturally as a result of increased calcium intake and better diets in the west, to claim that mass fluoridation was the answer, while burying a plethora of studies that proved adding fluoride to water did not reduce cavities at all and in fact in several instances increased dental cavities.
Blaylock highlights how independent study after study has shown that fluoride increases cancer rates, increases bone disorders, which as Blaylock points out is a good way of increasing mortality rates amongst the elderly, and also leads to profound neurological disorders. Blaylock highlights the research of Phyllis Mullenix, Ph.D, who during her tenure at Harvard University conducted one of the largest studies into fluoride’s effects on the brain in animals. Mullenix found that offspring of animals who had been fed fluoride became hyperactive (ADHD) and that if you gave an animal fluoride after birth they became very lethargic and apathetic. Mullenix discovered that fluoride tends to accumulate in the part of the brain that controls behavior. After revealing the truth about fluoride, Mullenix was later shunned and attacked by the medical establishment that she had once been a part of.
Blaylock delves into the dangers of vaccines and how they are part of the eugenics assault, pointing out that America’s infant mortality rates are impossibly high for a nation that is supposed to be a global leader in health care. Blaylock puts the number down to the fact that American babies are now being shot up with more vaccines than ever before, the rising number of which correlates exactly with levels of infant mortality. “When you over-vaccinate, it interferes with the development of the brain and then the child has difficulty learning, they have behavioral problems, and their brain cannot develop normally,” states Blaylock.. Senate delays S 510 food safety bill vote until Tuesday Nov. 30 - Take action now to oppose food tyranny
_______________________________________________________________________________
Slammed by a barrage of phone calls and emails today that the mainstream media isn't even reporting, the U.S. Senate today has decided to postpone their vote on S.510 -- the Food Safety Modernization Act -- until Tuesday morning.
Internet reports that S.510 has already passed are incorrect. The final bill has not yet been voted on (only a motion to move forward was voted on).
The Tester Amendment has been passed (see below for more details) which would exclude the smaller farm operations from the more onerous provisions of the bill.
Still up for debate are two amendments to the bill from Sen. Tom Coburn, who is seeking to scale down the bill and make it smaller and less expensive. A second proposed amendment would end Congressional "earmarks" -- a tool of financial corruption that lawmakers use to hand out government money to the corporations and special interest groups that got them elected in the first place. I watched a live C-SPAN video tonight of a pathetic-sounding Senator from Hawaii arguing that earmarks should stay in place because it gives Congress more power (seriously).
The vote on the amendment that would repeal the 1099 IRS reporting requirement for small businesses failed, leaving America's small business owners frantically looking for ways to move their businesses offshore before this outrageous new paperwork requirement kicks in by early 2011. (http://www.naturalnews.com/028854_1...)
It was virtually all Democrats, by the way, who voted to keep this outrageous 1099 law in place. (http://www.senate.gov/legislative/L...) It's almost as if the Democratic Senators can't wait to drive U.S. small business owners out of the country and destroy the U.S. economy in the process.
On the S 510 bill itself, our hope now rests with Senator Tom Coburn's amendments as well as the possibility that more Senators will reconsider their positions on this bill and come out tomorrow to oppose it.
These are some of the changes that ANH-USA and allies have [achieved with] the Food Safety bill:
Excluded excessive punishment
Last week we learned that S. 510 would not include the obscene ten-year jail sentences for food and supplement manufacturers who violate complicated FDA rules. That draconian language was specifically designed to target supplement manufacturers while leaving pharmaceutical drug and medical device companies untouched.
Resisted international harmonization of food and health supplement policy
Together we worked to modify language that would have committed the US to harmonization of international food and supplement rules similar to those in Europe, where attempts are being made to regulate away natural health.
Excluded small farmers from burdensome regulation
Working with the natural health community, ANH-USA succeeded in winning inclusion of the Tester amendment with its protection of small farmers. ANH-USA and other organizations fought tirelessly to protect the bourgeoning local healthy food movement from unwarranted federal regulation, and from the processed food companies that are increasingly nervous about the new competition. Thirty processed food organizations like the American Frozen Food Institute and the Corn Refiners Association sent a letter to the Senate arguing that a local produce stand should face the same regulatory hurdles as their industrial-scale processed food operations.
We've also recently been reminded that mainstream media publishers will simply lie to their readers on important issues regarding freedom. For example, recent MSM reports about the TSA and the "National Opt Out Day" conveniently and deliberately leave out the fact that the TSA turned off their naked body scanner machines for the day, and that's why no one had the opportunity to protest. (Funny how the big newspapers never bother to mention this all-important fact when covering the story. They just claim the protests were a failure because no one protested.)
Sadly, it looks like S.510 is likely to pass, and that means Americans should get ready to endure yet another Gestapo agency (the FDA) running rampant over their food and seeds. As if there weren't government agents taking away our rights already, now the FDA is going to be able to show up at farms and, at gunpoint, demand, "Show us your papers!"
NaturalNews plans to publish the names of all the U.S. Senators who vote for this tyranny, and they will join our "Hall of Shame" of legislators who our founding fathers like Thomas Jefferson would have considered treasonous in their shameful betrayal of the rights of individual citizens and small farmers.
Remember, too, that the FDA already took away your right to learn the truth about nutritional supplements and natural remedies. It has sought to destroy the natural products industry. Now it's poised to take away your access to raw milk while burdening food producers with outrageous new paperwork requirements -- all while ignoring the real causes of the food contaminations, which are actually caused by factory animal farms.
The people who are in support of this bill -- including several big-name food authors who should frankly know better -- are selling out to the agricultural giants and aligning themselves with the dark powers in government who seek to destroy food freedom.
"Food is no less a weapon than tanks, guns, and planes." said Franklin D. Roosevelt. And now the U.S. Senate is making sure that food controls can be used against the American people in exactly the same way the Patriot Act is now being used to crush our civil liberties.

Other improvements put in place with the help of health freedom allies
The Alliance for Natural Health (www.ANH-USA.org) has been working hard with many health freedom allies, including NaturalNews, to reduce the tyranny of the bill. From their announcement today:These are some of the changes that ANH-USA and allies have [achieved with] the Food Safety bill:
Excluded excessive punishment

Mainstream media lies about S.510
There's no question that Senators' offices today were hit with a barrage of phone calls and emails from people voicing their opposition to the bill. Not surprisingly, mainstream newspapers published articles strongly supporting S.510 -- they've never seen a Big Brother expansion of power they didn't like!
Why we need to delineate the right to grow food in the next Bill of Rights
This also reminds me to point out that after the U.S. collapses from total financial and moral bankruptcy -- which seems to be getting closer by the day -- we must all remember that in the next society, we need to add "The Right to Grow, Harvest and Exchange Our Own Food" into the next Bill of Rights. Because that's exactly what's being stripped away from the American people with the passage of S.510.Remember, too, that the FDA already took away your right to learn the truth about nutritional supplements and natural remedies.

The Gormley Files: Senate Bill 510: The $825 Billion Dollar Folly:
"Are you a backyard grower of heirloom tomatoes you sell on your own property or at a local farmer’s market? If so, you will be in for a whopper of a surprise if Senator Durbin’s Senate Bill 510 (S.B. 510) passes: you may be receiving a visit from inspectors.
Products not grown according to designated standards will be considered adulterated and your business records will be subject to warrantless searches by inspectors from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all this without any evidence that you have violated any law."Wonder why the National Guard or Federal agents have effectively imposed martial law by quarantining your town? Under S.B. 510’s House counterpart bill, H.R. 2749 (Section 133b, “Authority to Prohibit or Restrict the Movement of Food”), sponsored by Congressman Dingell, the Secretary of Health and Human Services will have the power to prohibit all movement of all food within a geographic area, whether the food is in your grandmother’s grocery bag in her Toyota Hybrid or on a flatbed. No court order will be needed, just a phone call to the appropriate state official and a public announcement will be sufficient.

(NaturalNews) If there's one thing to give thanks for this year, it's the fact that the Senate floor vote on the so-called "Food Safety Modernization Act" has been delayed until after the Senate's Thanksgiving recess. This gives all of us -- the commonsense opponents of S.510 who don't want the FDA having authority over raw milk, seeds and backyard gardens -- another week to flood the offices of U.S. Senators with calls, faxes and emails that express opposition to the bill.
The jury is still out on the Tester-Hagan Amendment which would exempt small farmers from some of the more tyrannical requirements under the law. If this amendment were adopted, it would substantially improve the bill, but even with this amendment, the bill is just another overreaching expansion of Big Government into yet another area of incompetence. (If the government can't run health care worth a darn, how are they supposed to manage the entire food supply?) . Click Here for more info.

Dollars for Docs What Drug Companies are Paying Your Doctor
____________________________________________________________________________________
Drug companies have long kept secret details of the payments they make to doctors for promoting their drugs. But seven companies have begun posting names and compensation on the Web, some as the result of legal settlements. ProPublica compiled these disclosures, totaling $282 million, into a single database that allows patients to search for their doctor. Receiving payments isn’t necessarily wrong, but it does raise ethical issues.
Using the ProPublica database
Checking the listProPublica's "Dollars for Docs" database is online at http://projects.propublica.org/docdollars/
The database can be used to see if a doctor has received money from pharmaceutical companies. Keep in mind, however, that some doctors have common or similar names.
Also keep in mind that payments are legal and the database is limited to seven of more than 70 pharmaceutical companies in the United States. If your doctor isn't on the list, you can still ask your doctor whether he or she has any financial relationships with drug companies. If so, ask for the names of companies, the nature of each relationship and the duration.
If your doctor is on the list, or has received money from other drug companies, ask:
• Are the medications you are taking made by the company or companies that paid him or her? If the answer is yes, ask the following:
• Is this a new drug and does it offer an advantage over an established medicine that's less expensive?
• How does the drug compare to others in its class and what side effects come with it?
• Are there alternatives with fewer side effects?
• Are there nondrug alternatives, such as diet or physical therapy?

Such a Well Behaved Herd of Sheep
TSA thanks you for allowing them to
violate your rights and to assault you.
________________________________________________________________________________Marti Oakley
Information Clearing House
November 2010
If ever there was an indicator of just how apathetic and well trained the American public truly is, it must be this situation with TSA. Like a herd of bedraggled sheep, thousands of you forfeited your 4th and 5th amendment rights and allowed the government to irradiate you and view your virtually naked body, or allowed yourself to be subjected to an enhanced pat-down…nothing short of a sexual encounter. And for what? This is a training and conditioning exercise you fools! This has nothing to do with making us safer, national security or protecting America. It has nothing to do with making your flight safer. It has everything to do with conditioning you to accept a full body assault as long as the persons doing it are wearing a government badge. You are being trained to submit and comply.
Did any of the claimed terrorists come from America? NO.
Are any potential terrorists afraid of TSA and Homeland Security or any of the rights-robbing laws passed by the jackass’s in the District of Criminals? NO.
Did any of those laws apply to terrorists? NO! They apply to US citizens.
We have a border that is wide open and anyone and everyone from far away places such as Uganda, China, North Korea, and even Afghanistan have crossed that border at will, without any trouble, and millions of people from Mexico, El Salvador, Ecuador, and various and sundry other South American country’s have also entered and Homeland Security has absolutely no plans to secure that border or to deport any of those individuals caught here illegally. With this in mind……how concerned do you think Homeland Security is about terrorism or terrorists?
Who is it Homeland Security views as terrorists? YOU.

Black Friday is so Passe' - Retailers say online holiday sales remaining strong
_______________________________________________________
Online shoppers started buying on Thanksgiving and did not let up on so-called Cyber Monday, the day retailers designated for more discounts and promotions. By 6 p.m. on Monday, Eastern time, sales were 20 percent higher than during the same time period on the Monday after Thanksgiving a year ago, according to Coremetrics, a research firm owned by IBM that tracks online sales.
Cyber Monday was created five years ago to encourage people to shop online from work, where they could use a high-speed Internet connection that they lacked at home. It never was the busiest online shopping day. But now that broadband Internet connections have replaced dial-up access in most U.S. homes, fewer consumers are waiting until they get to their work computers to shop online.
The day has evolved into a way for online retailers to keep the spending that began in earnest on the day after Thanksgiving, known as Black Friday, going.
In fact, Shop.org, the online arm of the National Retail Federation, a trade group, said the percentage of people shopping online from work on Monday was expected to drop more than 1 percentage point from last year, to 12.1 percent.
Industry wide, online retail sales for the month through Nov. 26 were up 13 percent, to $11.6 billion, according to comScore. Consumer spending - both online and in stores - increased 6 percent over the four-day weekend to an average of $365, according to a survey of 4,300 Americans by the National Retail Federation.
Online retailers were careful to note that while the strength of sales on Friday and Monday may be indicators of the season, they are only the beginning. The peak shopping day for a number of online retailers comes in mid-December as shipping deadlines approach. Many companies continue to offer deals like free shipping throughout the holidays.
Amazon sold out of 47-inch Visio televisions, each on sale on Monday for $600, or $300 off its list price.. Click Here for more info.
