BUSTED - Hermann Missouri Police Receive Report Fraudulent use of Victims Debit Card

Joseph Burke, 25, of Hermann was arrested for two misdemeanor counts and a single felony count of Fraudulent use of a Debit/Credit Device.
The misdemeanor counts were, Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  
Burke was transported to the Crawford County Detention Center by the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Department.  
A Formal arrest warrant for these charges was filed by the Gasconade County Prosecutor Wednesday morning and signed by Judge John Berkemeyer, who set bond at $5,000 for the felony and $1,000 for the misdemeanor count of, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  The misdemeanor count of possession, is a lesser fine-able offense.
