This should get the blogosphere chatting about Miley Cyrus again.
Video on TMZ allegedly shows the 18-year-old singer-actress smoking out of a bong and laughing uncontrollably while a friend records the whole scene. Music by the band Bush blares in the background as Cyrus curses and mistakes a guy at the party for her boyfriend, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.

"Is that (expletive) Liam's lookalike -- or what the hell is that?" she wonders after smoking and admitting she had a "bad trip." She continues to be confused, asking her friends, "Is that my boyfriend? Oh my God -- he looks so much like him! ... Is that me tripping? ... He doesn't look like Liam at all? ... Dude, I thought that was Liam!"
She then collapses into a fit of laughter and impersonates rapper Nicki Minaj, as her friend recording the video says, "You're going to (expletive) a brick when you see this."
TMZ says the video was taken days after Cyrus turned 18 last month and that the substance inside the bong is not marijuana, but salvia, a legal psychoactive plant.
